While broadcast TV is struggling, cable TV is seeing even greater success.
Cable channels drew $9.1 billion or 24 percent of total TV ad spending in 1998, compared to $21.6 billion or 39 percent in 2008. Broadcast TV is reliant on advertising. Cable TV has two sources of income - fees and advertising ... cable TV is still doing alright.read
